Who are we?

We are a green start-up, supporting the hemp industry in Poland. We are launching a hemp sales platform and a new website to promote alternative lifestyle.

Who are we looking for?


What will your responsibilities be?

- Create and execute a long-term sales strategy and optimize sales performance measures (all B2B, B2C channels),

- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets,

- Preparation of a schedule and methodology for implementing the strategy,

- Leading the team and motivating employees,

- Creating a sales training program,

- Developing cooperation with international partners

- Preparing reports and analysis of activities,

- Monitoring the current market situation and analyzing the activities of competitors,

- Preparation of detailed and accurate sales reports,

- Working with customers to better understand their needs and business goals.

 What are our expectations?

- Proven experience in managing a sales department,

- Experience in developing and implementing online and offline sales strategies

- Experience in selling online advertising with an emphasis on custom campaigns,

- Practical knowledge of sales and market place platforms,

- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

- Analytical skills and the ability tó think strategically,

- Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented attitude.
